Cancellation Policy
REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY:
After your initial payment, there are no refunds or transfers allowed. You agree to the full program financial obligation of your selected mentorship & coaching package. You are expected to be paid in full or weekly payments on or before the time slot ending period. Failure of payment or default on payments will result in the cancellation of remaining sessions and accounts placed in collections.
Transfer of your initial payment is by request ONLY.
BOOKING POLICY:
All one-on-one sessions must be booked through your assigned coach booking calendar link that will be provided to you in your welcome package after confirmation of program enrollment. The booking window is up to 1-day before the anticipated scheduled date at which all sessions should be planned.
