Dr. Lihua Xu is a seasoned researcher, educator, and statistics expert with a passion for helping doctoral students master research methodology, data analysis, and academic writing. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Research, Evaluation, Measurement, and Statistics from Oklahoma State University, where she conducted a groundbreaking cross-cultural validation of a school motivation inventory using measurement invariance testing.
With over a decade of experience in higher education, Dr. Xu has served as a lecturer at the University of Central Florida (UCF) and an assistant professor in the Carnegie-inspired Educational Leadership program at Western Carolina University (WCU). She has taught courses in educational research methods, assessment, univariate and multivariate statistics, and data representation—helping students develop the analytical skills necessary for rigorous, high-quality research. Additionally, as the coordinator of UCF’s statistics lab, she provided expert consultation to graduate students and faculty, guiding them through complex data analysis and statistical methodologies.
A prolific scholar, Dr. Xu has published 13 peer-reviewed articles in leading leadership and research journals and has presented her work at 55 state, national, and international conferences.

Dr. Page Brooks is a dedicated educator, scholar, and mentor with over 20 years of experience as a professor, librarian, and non-profit leader. Having guided master's and doctoral students through their academic journeys, he brings a wealth of expertise in research, writing, and critical analysis.
Holding degrees from Auburn University Montgomery (Economics), Louisiana State University (MLIS), and a Ph.D. from New Orleans Baptist Seminary, Dr. Brooks is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. in Ethics and Comparative Philosophy at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
A Colonel with 22 years of distinguished service in the Army Reserves, Dr. Brooks combines discipline, academic rigor, and a passion for helping students and writers achieve excellence.
